Have a billing question?

In most cases, merchants (such as Apple, Google, or Amazon) handle purchases and billing, while we apply the credit once they’ve processed the order. Since we don’t handle your credit card directly, it’s best to contact these merchants for any refunds or billing questions.

Sometimes, iTunes can also lump previous purchases onto a more recent receipt.

Creating an account is fast, easy, and completely free.

Create a new account

1. Go to the game’s Options or Settings menu.
2. Tap the Sign In button.
3. Tap Create Account.
4. Enter your email address and create a password for your account.

Sign in to your account

If you already have an account, you can sign in at any time.

1. Enter the email address and password for your Big Fish account.

To sign out, just tap the Sign Out button in the game’s Options or Settings menu.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, just tap the Forgot your password? link on the Sign In screen.

You’ll be asked to enter the email address for your account, and we’ll send you a temporary password so that you can sign in.

Email address already in use?

If you see this message, an account with the chosen email address has already been created on the Big Fish website or in another iPhone/iPad game. To sign in to this account, please select Forgot Your Password? in the sign in window and we’ll send a new password to the email address.

Need to update your email address and/or password?

You can update your email address or password from our website.

1. Click Sign In in the top right corner of the site, then sign in to your account using your current account email address and password.
2. Click on My Account, followed by Account Info.
3. Click Edit to enter a new email address and/or password.
